Right of Withdrawal and Form
1. B2B Transactions (business customers):
For contracts with entrepreneurs (B2B), there is no right of withdrawal or return.
A return of goods is only possible after prior agreement and as a gesture of goodwill. The buyer bears the costs for transport, customs clearance, and any applicable fees.
2. B2C Transactions (private customers in Germany and the EU):
Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to statutory provisions.
Withdrawal instructions:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by e-mail or post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made without delay and at the latest within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exclusion of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods
that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs,
that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed.
3. B2C Transactions (private customers in Switzerland):
In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
However, we voluntarily grant consumers a 14-day right of return.
The period begins upon receipt of the goods.
Conditions:
The goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and resalable,
the return is at the expense and risk of the customer,
returns must be made exclusively “duty paid” (DDP Lippstadt), all incurred bank, customs, or transport costs are borne by the customer.
Shipments sent unpaid or without customs clearance cannot be accepted.
