form32 offers a wide variety of products, each requiring different shipping solutions. We therefore work with various parcel and freight service providers to offer you the best possible shopping experience.
Shipping within Germany
- Delivery is carried out by parcel service or freight forwarding, depending on the size and weight of the goods.
- The exact shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart and at checkout.
- For B2B customers, Scheulenburg connectors are shipped free of charge for orders over €200.
International Shipping
On request, we will gladly check the possibility of shipping your professional furniture products to other countries. The conditions will be provided individually. Please note that international shipping is not always possible. In such cases, you may organize shipping yourself by prior arrangement.

Further Details on Payment
- Standard payment term: 10 days net from invoice date.
- We reserve the right to deliver only against prepayment for new customers or in individual cases.
- All costs and fees related to the payment (in particular bank and transfer fees, charges for international transfers, etc.) are entirely borne by the buyer. The full invoice amount must be received by us without deductions.
