Handling the heavy-duty pull-out shelf - the right choice
Paper and plastic, nails and screws, rolls of wire and other metals, especially small ones, can quickly weigh a lot. If these important work materials are nevertheless to be stored clearly and within easy reach, full extension runners with a high level of functionality are essential. They must be able to bear the load not only when they are pushed in, but especially when they are fully extended.
If the centre of gravity of the load is on the front part of a full-extension runner, stability is required. This applies not only to the panels and boxes, but also to the runners. They must be able to withstand heavy loads of up to 100 kg. A robust, bend-resistant material is therefore an absolute prerequisite for a heavy-duty pull-out.
Retrofitting - full-extension runners for heavy loads
If it turns out that the previously installed pull-outs are not suitable for everyday use, special pull-outs for heavy loads can provide a remedy in many cases. Safety is no longer guaranteed at the latest when the front shelf sinks and the pull-out only works jerkily or incompletely.

Optimise the use of storage and work surfaces - full-extension runners for heavy loads
There is no need to move stored containers and objects around if a full-extension runner is used. Depending on the space available or the purpose, the material can be accessed from both sides. Larger items can be stored without additional effort if drawers, boxes or simple shelves can be pulled out to the desired depth.
Cleaning work surfaces is also easier and quicker if they can be accessed directly from all sides. Last but not least, the advantages of a full-extension runner come into play when complete boxes need to be removed from the storage area. They can be lifted evenly or, if necessary, pushed directly from the pull-out onto a trolley.
Pull-out for heavy loads - better utilisation of available space
Another point in favour of full-extension runners is better space utilisation. Corners and niches are no longer left out as storage and work surfaces. With the different models of pull-outs and storage compartments, you can work around corners to save time.
